I hope you will bear with me and read the entire letter.

The Promise to America, worked until the voters and tax payers became apathetic and did not support those working so hard to represent them.
They gave the democrat liberals and socialist a free pass to do as they please. They listened to the lies of the media and democrat candidates, vote for them over the Reps. and here we are.

How do I know? I have run for public office 8 times and been elected twice. Ran my own campaign & paid my way.
A Republican Head of Government before Gov. Bill Clements, Pres. Ronald Reagan, Geo.H and Pres. Geo. W. Bush.
Paid my own way, even in 1986 when I ran for Lt. Gov. of TX. 3rd out of 4 candidates and kept out of the run-off by a man that took, nor spent any money and did not show his face. All news releases said,”no, picture, statement or response. The RINO – Repubilcans of texas voted for him because his last name was “Bullock”, but his 1st name was not Bob, it was Arron

As a Mayor, my 4th duty was to make out the agenda of the meetings. BINGO!!! From that second on, if what you wanted to do in Missouri City, TX, did not conform to the City Ordinances, YOU DID NOT GET ON THE AGENDA..
In 6 months, I shut down the violations of ordinances by developers. The City Attorney, Municipal Judge, 3 members of the Planning Commission resigned and the City Engineer turned his responsibilities over to his second in command of their firm. And, we did great things.
You do not have to fire anyone. Embarrass them at public meeting by presenting the truth and nothing but the truth.
After the 1st or 2nd, the rest resign without being embarrassed. Some will refuse reappointment when their term ends, and if that doesn’t work, you have the option of not reappointing them as Pres. Goe. W Bush did with those attorneys. Attorneys serve their Bar Association and Lawyers uphold their Oath of Office and serve the Constitution and the People. To practice LAW is to enforce the Constitution to the letter and not the interpretations and/or opinions. What one thinks and expresses verbally
is a guess and generally based on no factual data.

6 months after my being elected, I had no support at the meetings. Had 2 contracts out on my life. Everyone hated me for reading and enforcing the Laws to protect the citizens. They backed off when I double dog dared them.
You see I died twice in Germany from injuries received in the line of duty to my Country (US Army 61′ -63′.
I said what are you going to do kill me I am not afraid of dying. it is less than the blink of an eye and no pain.

So to get did of me they went to a Home Rule Form of government 2 months before mt term was up; to get rid of Me and strong, General Law Rule,I was under.
Became a city councilman, so with lies & rumors they destroyed my family & business. Left town in 1978, no job, divorced and a $285.00 paycheck, to start over.

WE NEED OATH KEEPERS. STARTING WITH THE COUNTY SHERIFF AND COUNTY JUDGE.

Believe me Government is easy if the People stand behind you as their elected representative.

One of the best and youngest Mayors of a city in Texas was (15 yrs old), because he read the Ordinances, made out the agendas for the meetings and enforce the Ordinances and Constitution to the letter of the Law.

Any elected official that is in violation of Oath of Office is in dereliction of duty and in violation of the Constitution they solemnly swore to keep. Such violation requires immediate removal from office.

It only take 2 or 3 and the rest will begin to do their duty.
THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE THAT WILL FILE THE COMPLAINT AND AN OATH KEEPING SHERIFF TO ARREST AND ENFORCE.

Judges and attorneys that fail to convict, allow all evidence and fact to be presented and release convicted criminals, who repeat their crimes, shall be removed from their positions, disbarred and not allowed to practice ever again.

Once elected you no longer serve the party or lobbyist.
You serve your Oath to the Constitution and the people.
The houses shall not be split. The sitting arrangement shall be by States, in order of annexation, row by row, one row at a time, from front to rear. Do I need to draw a picture? Just a joke. I love humor and laughter.

If any elected, appointed and/or employee, under Oath fail to take immediate action
Amendments should correct errors that do not portect the people. the corrected portion shall abolished and void.
Amendments can have additions and changes to the its parts of an Article or the 29 Amendments, to better the protection of the people.
If the Amendment is in conflict, contradiction of the Article or existing Amendment; and/or any part thereof;
and has any rider not pretaining to the issue of the Article and/or expenditure not budgeted shall render the amendment, null and void.
The authors and supporters of such legislation shall be charged with treason and punished according to severity of the crime.

#1. Stop all theft of Social Security fund by the Members of Congress, et al…have it be the insurance it was created to be. Continue with Medicaid & Medicare as an extended arm of Soc. Sec., giving Govnt. Accounting Off. (GOA) full authority (was taken away) to monitor, investigate, correct and file criminal charges with Supreme Court, on all over spending waste, over charging, mismanagement and failure to abide by the limits and rules set by the joint efforts of the members of congress, doctors, Insurance auditors and GOA.
#2. Freeze all government department budgets and abolish all pork barrel expenditures.
#3. Enforce existing LAWS that no government entity shall not BUDGET ONE PENNY MORE THAN THE PREVIOUS YEARS COLLECTIONS. OR GO TO JAIL. NO PROJECTED BUDGET AMOUNTS. NO PORK BARREL EXPENDITURES SHALL BE ADDED TO ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS PROPOSED BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS.
#4. Salaries of elected, employed, appointed and contractors serving the government shall have several levels of pay. ( 6 to 10 levels). $5,000.00 per yr. separation.
The top paid shall not earn more than 45% of the lowest paid. This is fair, equitable and uniform.
Bonuses shall be 10% of the amount saved by the persons creating the saving to the government.
For business or corporations, the bonus can be a share of the net increase in profits earned for the year, divided by the total number of all members. This is fair, equitable and uniform.
NOTE: the total amount budgeted for raises shall be divided by the total number receiving a raise being given.
Eveyone gets the same amount, because there is already a difference between the levels.
At a 7% raise the $90,000. gets $6,300. and the $40,000. gets $2,800. THIS IS NOT FAIR, EQUITABLE or uniform.
#5. Elected Officials budgets ( PROVIDED AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR STATE) shall be based on expense needs only and shall not have complete refurbishing every year, and shall be at the lowest bid. Unnecessary, abusive wear and tear OF FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT,shall be repaired or replaced by the official paying the cost from their personal funds.
THERE SHALL BE NO PORK BARREL EXPENDITURES FOR THEIR STATE OR DISTRICT ALLOWED IN THE BUDGET. TRAVEL EXPENSES SHALL BE AT THE CHEAPEST RATE AND FOR OFFICIAL BUSINESS APPROVE BY THE COMPTROLLER.
ABUSE SHALL BE REIMBURSED BY THE OFFICIAL AND SHALL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM OFFICE, NEVER TO RUN AGAIN FOR PUBLIC OFFICE.
#6. Cap all Federal Employment and have the GOA evaluate, taking action to reduce the number when found expedient to reduce the budget.
Cap the number of ELECTED OFFICIALS staff. No more than 6 to be pay for by the official or their State.
#7. Enforce the Constitution, requiring only members of congress, inferior judges, government employees and citizens of Territories to file wages paid for services rendered (from the tax dollars), who shall also render value of all personal property.
A consumer tax on all items purchased.
Income tax on all profits earned from the sale and/or trade of goods with foreign countries.
There shall be no exemptions nor tax deduction.
Everyone pays the same tax on all purchases.
NO TAX ON SOC. SEC., HEALTH CARE, WAGES, TIPS, INSURANCE OR VA BENEFITS, DIVIDENDS, ETC……..
